4. Heating oven

• Consist of air blower , heating pipe, cylinder and frequency convertor . temperature controlling meter can adjust the heating temperature . air blower is adopt to make  circulation air for heating. When the strap get into the box,  it rise the 90℃-120℃ stretching temperature at once.  This unit ensure the straps entre the first stretching roller in a stable temperature.

• Cylinder open and close , convenient working.
• Our this unit a most different design is for heating energy saving.  We install heaters by integrated installation.  And install air blower. The air blower can blow the hot air evenly spreading in the tank.  Even small capacity heaters can produce enough temperature.
•    4 meters long. Upper and bottom all have heaters.  Heaters is heating rod with radiation wings.  Inside tank , there are motor driving rollers , straps will circle inside the tanks. To get enough heating time and even temperature.

5. Stretching rollers

Made of haul off roller, clamping unit, driving unit, bracket.

This machine’s function is ensure the straps arrive a suitable temperature before stretching . our special design can ensure the straps surface touching the heating roller’s surface in a large area , so that the double of straps surface can get evenly temperature from the rollers.

Our special and strong features for this unit is :

• has foot emergency break under the rollers , this break use when need the roller stop suddenly such as when the belt wrapping on rollers, or workers danger position. Operator need not run to the PLC controlling center to stop the machine, only by foot can stop the roller turning .drive is gear , not chain. This can keep the rollers rotary in a very stable speed , but has strong force.  Gear working with touch the gear oil to avoid friction damage.
•   roller surface treatment : we did 3 times treatment for the roller surface. The chromium layer  is  3micron.
